when do your periods regulate after an abortion. i had my first one after i had passed it now i'm late with the 2nd n took a pregnancy test neg.

It varies: Your period usually returns fairly quickly after the procedure but it can take several months depending on the individual person. It is similar to when a person has a miscarriage.
