Dr. Zubin Khubchandani
Orthopedic Surgery 25 years experience
Core: Core strengthening along with hip, thigh and leg strengthening.
Dr. Caroline Cribari
Psychiatry 23 years experience
Agree with Khubchandani about the importance of proper strengthening, particularly the VMO muscle (vastus medialis muscle -which is the muscle immediately towards the middle of the leg and above the knee, involved in knee mobility and patellar tracking) AND equally focusing on STRETCHING THE HAMSTRING MUSCLES (the muscles on the back of the upper leg), which can pull on the knee and create pain.
