Eye pulsations: Have your ophthalmologist rule out carotid cavernous sinus AVM. If you hear your heart beat inside your head and the ophthalmologist puts a stethoscope on your eye and periorbital area and hears your heart beat, then you have enough to obtain the CT angio of brain to rule out AVM.
Usually the conjunctival vessels are filled with bright red arterial filling.

Eye pain.: This is not easy to answer without being examined. Headache pain frequently feels like it's in the eyes. Your symptoms are somewhat atypical, but not definitive for anything specific. It's most likely not dangerous, but you should be seen.
