Liver stops making: The liver makes lots of proteins, including clotting factors. Liver disease (acute or chronic) that knocks out enough active liver cells causes less protein to be made in general, and clotting factors included.. In addition platelets (blood clotting cells) decrease in liver disease.

Sleep first : First make sure you are sleeping 71/2 to 8 hours a night and that you awake refreshed. It is amazing how many people come in with fatigue as a problem and are only sleeping 6 hours a night. If you are then see your doctor as there are hundreds of conditions that will make you feel exhausted.
