Calcium in food: Many foods are good sources of calcium. My favorites are dark green leafy vegetables, fortified soy milk and other non-dairy beverages, such as fortified almond and coconut milk. Certain grains and cereals are also fortified. You could add on a supplement if you wish and don't forget about the addition of vitamin d that allows you to absorb and utilize the calcium.
