Postpartum weight: Hi andresparadaiz, weight loss after childbirth is a common challenge. Unfortunately it's difficult to lose weight in just one area. Depending on how long it's been since birth you may still see some natural skin regression. Strengthening the stomach muscles will help reduce the bulge but not the loose skin. If you are particularly concerned you may need a cosmetic surgery evaluation. Doc ripley.
