Don't give up.: Don't let your fear get the best of you. You're seeking help, that's what matters. People can only bear so much stress, and most people will experience anxiety, depression, or both in their lifetime. It's ok if you need counseling, therapy or medication; these things will help you focus and lift the cloud of depression/anxiety.

Anxiety is treatable: Anxiety does respond to treatment. Cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy many times with medication is effective. Please do not sit and suffer. Seek out a psychologist in your area that specializes in the treatment of anxiety.
