ate some cashews and now have hives all over as well as welts in my mouth.... no swelling that i can see/feel but very itchy all over. help?

Anti-histamine: You are having an allergic reaction. Please get and take any antihistamine. If you feel any chest tightness or shortness of breath please call 911.

And see an allergist and get an epinephrine autoinjector ans get tested to see what else you are allergic to
