Allergy to proteins: When someone is allergic to a food they react to specific proteins.Omega 3 oils are highly purified ; thus don't contain any proteins.Omega 3 fatty acids are also found in nuts ; seeds- esp. Good sources are flax, chia, hemp seeds ; walnuts;but veg. Sources have ala which our bodies convert to epa/dha but some have trouble converting.
