Likely no problem,,,: These meds don't appear to have any contraindications to this and omega supplements like omega 3 fatty acids are encouraged in the diet as they may lower the risk of cardiovascular disease. Just that too much of anything, even a good thing might cause problems so see your doctor to discuss how much should be taken. Good luck
