This could be: From a number of things, including a viral illness. If the symptoms continue or worsen, i would recommend seeing a physician. Especially with neck stiffness, which if it gets severe, can be a sign of early meningitis. While it is more likely a self limiting viral illness, have a low threshold to see your physician, keep very hydrated.
