HiCarb ↑esObesity DM: CVDs & Cancer. This breakfast is high in carbohydrates (sugars); the grains are no longer whole, (have been ground into flour which dramatically ↑es their glycemic index); bananas are a high glycemic index fruit. The eggs are fine yet everything you describe is low fiber content; ? a relevant issue given stated history. All foods are marketed as healthy (though not reality) because this ↑es sales.
