Get to an ER: That is an ominous combination. You could have a form of cord compression. Get to an er immediately.

Cauda Equina: Well, emergency surgery, for one. Loss of bladder control is considered an emergency by most surgeons. That being said, cauda equina syndrome is also usually associated with severe back pain, and saddle numbness (around genitals and rectum). If you are just having pain and a little stress incontinence (dribbles) that's a different story. At age 38, i must say I am concerned especially if > 2 days.
