Diet is: Variable. One needs to eat regularly and maintain a healthy lean weight. Eskimos, historically, never ate carbs and only ate fish and fat! lions do not eat salads! for the modern man, the most common problems are too many calories and too many carbs. Eating more fruits and vegetables is never wrong. Eating less processed food is always smart.
