Maybe: It can be if it is a new symptom. It could also be a bladder infection. If it is not new, then it is usually a delay in maturation of the nervous and urinary systems. Either way it can often be treated if you see the doctor.

No: This would not be a common sign of stress. In a young child, you can see bed wetting into teens. Concerning things would be daytime wetting, new onset of bed wetting, or recurrence of wetting after a long period of dry nights.
