Lifestyle commitment: There are several tactics, all of which work sometimes, none of which work all the time. #1) limit "screen time", which means no more than one or two hours a day with anything with a screen (tv, computer, smart phone, video games.) #2) organized sports. #3) exercise with them. Walk, swim, run, shoot baskets, play catch, go to the park, ride bike. Whatever works in your family. Good luck.
