The Drugs.Com: drug interaction checker did not show significant drug interactions between erythromycin & Tylenol with Codeine (acetaminophen / codeine).

Pain Medication: Co-Codamol is a mixture of Tylenol & Codeine. Codeine is a Narcotics. This should not be mixed with alcohol and should only be taken as prescribed. You didn't not which type of help you would like.
