I wish that is so: If this were true, i would be sleeping with my l legs hanging over the side/edge of my bed every night to gain a couple of inches. Ladies often stop growing in height around 17 and gentlemen around 19-20. There are few exceptions, of course. After this, unfortunately many continue to grow sideway. Good things come in small packages. You can do big thing, despite being small. Good luck.
