Neck shoulder fusion: That depends on what the recommendation is for. Staying supple and mobile is key to avoiding neck and shoulder stiffness. Daily stretches and range of motion exercises are a must. I would run them by whoever did your surgeries to see if they are safe for your diagnosis though.
