Passing a gallstone: If you passed a stone, single gallstone or single kidney stone, it is possible the er testing was all negative. However, the process will likely recur. Monitor yourself, diary the symptoms, check in with your doc, hydrate, stay on a low fat diet. There are diagnostic tests your doc can order in the outpatient setting to achieve a diagnosis. Be well.
