Large tonsils: Lots of people have a deviated septum. It is frequently not a problem unless you are having trouble sleeping or getting recurrent sinus infections. Large tonsils can also be seen with recurrent throat infections and sleep issues. Tonsillectomy is sometimes suggested depending on a variety of factors that the ENT would discuss with the patient. Headaches can sometimes be related to sinus issues.
