Today i was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia at the er. i am only 11 weeks pregnant. how is it possible to have at only 11 weeks?

It is not: By definition preeclampsia can not be diagnosed until after 20 weeks so something is not correct. Perhaps the doctor meant that you had high blood pressure which coincidentally is present when you are pregnant. Schedule a visit and let your obgyn help sort this out.
