Pain in the back, in some muscles also. Have had plenty of blood test done, and nothing but a vitamin d deficiency. How long before i feel better?

Diagnosis?: The cause of the pain will determine how long it takes to recover. If itis simply muscular, and you let it heal without further strain, you should be fine within two weeks. If it's something else, ask your doctor. If you are overweight, losing weight will help. For vitamin d, get 15-30 minutes of sun exposure to arms, not face per day and skip pills.
