Wait a few days: Since you are under medication, it could very well be an allergic reaction when interaction with alcohol.
Could also be that you have inflamed gums and your defenses are low. Also could be any irritant drink or food that is causing this problem. If doesn't disappear in 5 days, see a dentist or your regular treating doctor.
