MRI??: Chronic low back pain in a young person may be related to musculoskeletal strain. It seems that your chiropractor is addressing that by addressing the muscle spasms. If the pain you mention on the left is radiating pain-that is pain that shoots into the left thigh and leg, you have to consider a herniated disc that is "pinching the nerve". An MRI scan is useful to define this.

Chiro ???: Will they be able to tell you if you have gallbladder issues, GERD, A tumor? An infection ? Tissue swelling ? They will charge you and you will still need to see an MD to figure out what's going on. Save your money and skip the middle man. Start with a family or primary MD. If nothing serious then you can go to chiro and pay a lot of money for a massage
