can i tell me how i can overcome post-traumatic disorder if i don't trust psychologists because of religious beliefs?

It sounds like you : Have some hurdles to get over. Does your religion ban use of psychologists/ psychiatrists or is this more of a relative issue? Mental health care actually blends well with many spiritual programs ; religions. Is your lack of trust soley due to religion or is it broader than that? Most people don't cherish the idea of a psychiatric evaluation or accepting 'mental health' care. Sometimes one needs >.

to deal with their "avoidance" to start becoming well. Avoidance is a hallmark of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I would insure that you aren't placing obstacles in your own way in order to avoid dealing with that which is painful. Take care.
