Consult doc first: Cipralex is also known as escitalopram (lexapro in us) and it is fortunately a relatively safe and effective med to treat anxiety/depression/ocd. Often weaning is recommended to minimize withdrawal effects, but i would recommend consulting with your doc to see if it is appropriate to come off this med just yet. If yes, you likely will be given instruction to safely wean off. Consult doc. Good luck.

Gradually: Gradually decreasing the dose can make it easier than suddenly stopping. Try cutting it in half is it is a tablet - if not try taking it every other nite. Then after a few nites go to every other nite if halved it or every three nites if not halved if sleep is not disturbed can go to the next step - need to consult your prescribing doc about this.
