Infection ?: Hard to tell without examining you and taking a look at radiographs of that area. It may be from your tooth, it may be from your sinus... Give your dentist a call for an appointment.

Infection: Pain w fever often indicate infection. May be associated or may be coincidental issues. Start w dentist as probably a dental issue. If dental issues ruled out, next stop is w your physician.
