Tooth abscess: You should see a dentist as soon as possible. An abscessed tooth in the lowerjaw can produce all of those symptoms. The dental nerve has branches over that entire area.

Infection: Sounds like you have a badly infected tooth that will require root canal treatment or extraction. Antibiotics may be required to control the infection before definitive treatment. Sounds like the infection is spreading. Please put down the computer and call your dentist before it gets worse.
