No: Medications such as beta blockers can cause. Some normal people have cold hands and feet.

It may: A non-invasive test can give you a more definitive answer, although many times a clinical diagnosis can be made. The test performed is called a cold immersion study and evaluated for vasospasm of the small arteries.
