i have a pimple on my chin with no head, and it is not a cystic pimple. it's just a inflammed pimple, and i'm not sure how to treat it?

Pimple: Try using hot compresses to bring the pimple to a head. Apply an antibiotic ointment after the compresses 4 times daily.
