It is most likely a benign condition and goeas away in a few days.
Your lung lining may be inflammed due to a viral infection, causing intermittent pain. If there is fever and didifficulty in breathing, you should be examined in an urgent care center. If not, you can take Ibuprofen for a day or so to see improvement. Feel better:)
