Many possibliities: Possibilities.Your prescription may be changing due to blood sugar changes (diabetes), development of cataract (unlikely at 23 years of age, astigmatism.Most likely you have always been far sighted, and your initial prescription was given for near sighted and you compensated easily due to young age, but now can not and they are having to take the power out of glasses. Need dilated glasses exam.
