Learn learn learn: Your biggest issue early on will be learning to read labels. The FDA requires prepared foods to list the common food allergens or gluten on the product labels. Don't buy an item yo don't use just because its gluten free. This is not food allergy.Anytime he consumes gluten his body makes new antibodies that attack his gut. If he likes bear & bourbon they are no-no's.He must find alternatives.
