More info needed: Can't tell over the internet why the infection won't resolve. Good chance the tooth needs extraction. What does your dentist say? S/he knows best what is brewing in that area.

Antibiotics?: Infections of the oral cavity and wisdom teeth can be caused by a number of different sources. You did not indicate if you are currently on any antibiotic. If you are on an antibiotic and the infection is not responding, your dentist may need to change you to a different one, or consider referring you to an oral surgeon for treatment.

Infection won't heal: There are some missing details here. Did you see a dentist already and thats how you found out it was your wisdom tooth. Or are you self medicating thinking that what you are doing should make it better. Antibiotics will only stall the infection until definitive treatment is rendered. So it seems like you need to see a dentist and get a game plan to get rid of the infection. Nothing otc will do it.
