baby just turned 1. doesn't like to eat and only drinks formula milk. is it ok if i double the amount of milk consumption to compensate for food?

Being a parent: Nope. Not in any way is this a good or wise move. Talk to your friends or sisters about what they did to teach their children to eat. You are the parent. It is your responsibility to gently teach your children how to live well.
