Never hear of it!: I would not recommend you to take something so strange which is not known to regular oncologists. There is no sense getting into substandard medications for cancer treatment. Ask your oncologist to guide you.

Either by some symptom (something unusual you feel or notice about yourself - i.e. Pain) or sign (something your doctor notices during an evaluation - i.e. Tenderness on exam) or through a screening test. We currently have approved screeing tests for cervical, breast, colon/rectal, and prostate cancers.

Malignant: By definition, malignant tumors are cancerous. A tumor is just an abnormal swelling - many times it is benign (no serious, imminent concern). But if it is found to contain cancerous cells, it is then malignant.

Several: Lung cancer. Oropharyngeal cancer. Even cervical cancer is increased in smokers. But not smoking or drinking is not protective. This just reduces your risk.
