i've been to many urologists, some say i've prostatitis & other say i've utis. i'm stds&hiv clear but have pain in scrotum and pelvic after urination?

Any response : Uti is easy to DX and treat. Prostatis may require longer treatment. Urologist are usually good at making such diagnosis. If treatment fails to resolve your problem discuss with your urologist if invasive diagnostic test is indicated.
