what would cause muscle weakness, joint pain, and fatigue as your only symptoms?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Tariq Niazi
42 years experience Orthopedic Surgery
All these nonspeci--: Fic symptoms could be from any cause. Viral infections are commonly responsible for them, or maybe a bacterial infection. Try resting and take Ibuprofen or aleve( if no side effects/allergies) for next 2-3 days. If not improving or getting worse see your pcp. Good luck.
