how does the food we eat turn into feces? and what causes feces to stink?

You're kidding right: You digest your food by adding enzymes that break it into absorbable parts. The fecal mater is created when the indigestible debris is mixed with bile from the liver and worn out enzymes. The stink comes from intestinal germ action that produces volatile gases as they digest things we cannot.
