Seek care: A toothache that causes a headache could mean an underlying serious problem. Seek consult with a dentist right away for diagnosis and treatment. If you have no stomach issues, no allergies to nsaids, and are not on blood thinners, then 600 mg Ibuprofen (motrin/advil) every 6 hours should help. You could also take Acetaminophen (tylenol) if you dont have any liver issues or allergies.

Call dentist: There is not much you can do at this stage... Appears you have a serious problem with one or more of your teeth. Otc pain meds may provide slight or temporary relief.. Make a call for an emergency appointment and feel better soon. The longer you wait the worse it will get.

DENTIST!!!: Get into see the dentist- if the tooth is on the top- it may be infected or dying and will be very painful and could spread into the sinus cavities above your teeth. Clove oil may help the pain- but won't be the end treatment- seeing the dentist is most important thing you can do. Also agree with Ibuprofen as recommended by the other physician.
