Multivit.,Organic: It is wise for everybody to take a good-quality prenatal multivitamin to insure you are getting all necessary micronutrients. Biotin is also important in preventing birth defects. All adults should take 5-8000 iu of vit d3 a day during fall ; winter months. I advise everyone eat a diet rich in organic fruits ; vegetables and to avoid gmo foods. See http://bit.Ly/19xax7e for more on a healthy diet.

NONE: No vitamins help you conceive. Frolic acid 400 mcg a day is recommended to reduce spina bifida.. Relax about gmf. They are safe. In a broad sense all our foods are genetically modified. Newer gmf allow cheaper food with less insecticides. Beware of multivitamins unless specifically labeled prenatal because some supplements can be toxic or dangerous during pregnancy. Avoid high dose vitd unless b.

Be careful to avoid Vitamin A in supplements as it is associated with birth defects. Vit A in food is OK as it is not the same. The best source of nutrition remains FOOD. There is NO risk of toxicity in any GMO food.

Vitamins and food: There is no particular diet to enhance conception. However, being exceptionally healthy will help - optimal diet is balanced, includes fruit and veggies and whole grains for at least 70% of daily intake, minimizes saturated fats and sugars and refined carbs. Adding a daily Multi Vit, such as Centrum will round out the diet.
