Yes: There will be some brown stains on your teeth, which make your teeth look yellower. Next time you see your hygienist and get your teeth cleaned, ask her/him to get one side clean only and check the difference. If the cleaned side looks much whiter and better, you may want to ask if you can return more often to control this stain (or brush every time after coffee!).

Yes and No: Teeth get darker with age unless you bleach your teeth or have crowns/veneers. Drinks can stain your teeth however effective brushing and flossing can keep this to a minimum. Hope this helps.
