Dr Laha brings out a good point. Health care procedures almost invairiobly require the knowledge and experience of a professional. Usually not DIY situations. Health maintenance, as directed by professionals, is placed int the hands of the patient. While internet can give you direction in general terms, it can't diagnose and treat your specific problem.
