if its during the day....Make an real attempt
to not do it
if at night.....You must get a lower niteguard
to help protect your teeth and the joint
dont mess with this....It can be serious

TMJ disorder: Clenching does not always cause TMJ problems, but it is a common cause.
Tmj disorder is commonly caused by chronic grinding and/or clenching the teeth. Symptoms can include jaw pain, pain in the teeth, headaches or migraines, clicking in the joint when opening, yawning or chewing, worn or fractured teeth.
