my 14yr old has been sick well over 3months with back pain and a squeezing pain under ribs on both sides and now her wbc is 17 leut are high lymph low?

PROLONG ILLNESS:: She needs thorough evaluation and treatment. High WBC count with increased neutrophil count goes in favor of bacterial infection or something more serious. Does she have sickle cell disease? Take her back to the pediatrician for re-evaluation and further testing and proper management.
