got a lump on the back of my neck twice in two different places. it was firm but soft and tender to the touch. should i worry?

Get eval: Sounds as if you may have had or still have lymph node enlargement in you posterior cervical chain. At times this can be a normal reaction to an underlying infection or allergies, etc. Other causes can be more worrisome. Best to get an evaluation to determine your cause. Best wishes.
