diagnosed with strep. how long does it take for strep medication to help? on meds for 36 hours woke up this morning with stiff jaw/neck and tingling in face. should i go back to see a doctor again?

Stiff neck: Should have felt better already after 36 hours, stiff neck/jaw and tingling of face may be somthing more serious, go back to see the doctor.
