Hi i had maxillary surgery 3 months ago to remove a cyst (right side)but now i have a right swollen face and a painfull gum what could cause this?

Swollen face: It could be swelling after your surgery or you could be developing another cyst. Try applying warm compresses to the area and if it dose not improve in a few days f/u with the ent. When was your last dental check up? You may also have a secondary infection in your gums.
