today i had a blood draw. i fasted before the draw , now i feel weak, dizzy, cold hands. what can i eat to restore nutrients lost during blood draw ?

Dehydration: You need fluids, fluids, fluids! also salty fluids will help bring your BP up--which is probably low due to relative dehydration.

Hypoglycemia: It is not uncommon for one to have some of the symptoms that you describe especially if fasting was for a several hours. The symptoms are not necessarily from blood loss or loss of nutrients from the blood draw. Rather, it is usually low blood levels of glucose from the fast. Consuming anything with sugar usually helps. If not, you should check with your doctor.
